You have the right to share your experiences, provide suggestions, or report concerns regarding our services and operations. Feedback is handled with care, confidentiality, and urgency based on the nature of the case:
- High-priority cases (fraud, corruption, harassment, abuse of power, or ethical breaches) will be addressed within 5 working days.
- Medium-priority cases (concerns about service quality, requests for support, or general inquiries) will be addressed within 10 working days.
We will keep you informed of the progress, including any necessary investigations and outcomes. All reports are reviewed independently, ensuring transparency and accountability.
