Watan in the Diaspora is a program documenting the stories of Palestinian women displaced in 1948 and now living in refugee camps in Lebanon. We connect their memories and struggles to specific Palestinian foods, highlighting how these dishes link to their personal stories and ongoing contributions to the Palestinian cause.
